Refund Procedure

Email with your enrollment information and a succinct note describing your displeasure. Requests for refunds are handled in 14 business days.


 Refunds are only available during the first seven days after the course is enrolled. All sales are final after this time.

Special Cases

We will examine and take into account reimbursements after the seven days in special cases, such as technical difficulties that prohibit students from accessing the course.


Refunds cannot be given to another person. The initial payer is the only one to get them.
